State Relations

Whether through traditional advocacy or general education, UCI’s state government relations works to promote the mission of the University and to monitor state-related legislative activity. By actively engaging with the state’s elected leadership and agency heads, we are able to relate UCI’s important role in the state, while serving the broader mission of education, research, and service. Alumni, students, parents, faculty and staff are valuable “Anteater Advocates” in relating their experience relative to legislative action.
